Seventh win

The Dodgers had absent upward 2-1 when Painter scored on Greg Burke's(notes) untamed shift in the ordinal. It was Burke's best gradient after relieving starter Josh Geer(notes). Statesman (1-0) got two outs in the seventh for the win.

Loser Ronald Belisario(notes) (1-3) allowed trey runs and tierce hits while feat exclusive one out in the ordinal. He walked one hitter and hit other.

The Padres even it in the tierce when Geer led off with a backup for his front business extra-base hit, advanced on Cabrera's kill hit and scored on Painter Eckstein's singular to right-center.

Dodgers starter Randy Masher(notes) held San Diego to one run and quaternity hits in six innings piece striking out octet and travel service. Geer went 6 1-3 innings, allowing two runs and seven hits. He struck out one and also didn't write any walks.
